RIGID

MCNS produces custom formulations to meet individual customer requirements based on acceptable blowing agent technology.

 

Supercore by MCNS is a polyurethane foam system that has been specially formulated for filling vinyl windows by minimizing cell pressure during foaming to eliminate wall distortion while minimizing odor during the filling process. The system consists of two parts; the resin and isocyanate. This system provides the low density and excellent physical properties.

The formulation also Improves the bending process by minimizing scrap and reducing production time.

Polyurethane

Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) have a rigid methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI)-based polyurethane foam core "sandwiched" between two metal facings. Panels are factory produced on a continuous lamination basis with metal facings – usually steel– encapsulating a foamed PUR or PIR core. The thickness of the polyurethane foam can range from 30mm to 240mm depending upon the application and required insulation characteristics. These versatile products are also known as sandwich panels.

Panel/Board

Commercial Refrigeration and Freezers include Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) and wide-ranging cabinet that has a rigid methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI)-based polyurethane foam core "sandwiched" between two metal facings or metal plastic. The units are factory produced on a discontinuous basis with metal/metal facings or metal/plastic encapsulating a foamed PUR. 

Commercial Regrigeration & Freezer

 

The polyurethane foam used in insulated entry doors helps reduce energy costs and maintain indoor temperatures. Polyurethane is a lightweight insulating option.

Entry door

Lightweight with high buoyancy It’s thermal and sound-proofing abilities make it ideal for a number of other insulation and flotation applications. Marine

Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is produced through a rapid reaction between MDI and blended polyol.

​​SPF protects and seals the building from the infiltration of hot and cold air. It also provides energy efficiency as well as moisture and sound barrier.

MCNS produces both closed-cell and open-cell spray systems and offers custom formulations to meet individual customer requirements based on acceptable blowing agent technology.

Water Heaters

High-density rigid foam systems for molding millwork, picture frames, furniture parts, or P-O-P items. Our high-density molding formulas reduce knit lines, improve “wetting” capability, and reduce air bubbles. If you need harder skin or a more flexible part, we offer custom formulations to meets the exact specifications.

Low-density rigid foams for taxidermy foam systems. We offer formulations using various blowing agents; water, 245fa, 365mfc, and hydrocarbon-blown foams for taxidermy and other molding applications. Our low-density rigid foams deliver excellent reproduction of mold detail, light color, and blemish-free surfaces.

Architectural Mold

 

Polyurethane foam has an extremely low thermal conductivity(high R-Value) limiting heat exchange with a minimal layer of insulation.

 

Polyurethane foams can be modified to operate in a wide range of temperatures.
