RIGID
MCNS custom makes every formulation to meet individual client requirements and reaction profiles.
All of our formulas utilize nationally approved blowing agent technology.
Spas & Hot Tubs
MCNS will custom design a polyurethane system to exceed your reaction profile specifications for your spa or hot tub production line. We can guarantee to save you time and money with our custom systems. Whether it's a full fill application or "spot foaming" to mechanically secure vital parts we will create the perfect foam for you. When used in spa & hot tub applications, polyurethane insulation helps reduce energy loss by resisting the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, polyurethane increases structural strength and resists water and moisture.

Window Fill
Supercore by MCNS is a polyurethane foam system that has been specially formulated for filling vinyl windows by minimizing cell pressure during foaming to eliminate wall distortion while minimizing odor during the filling process. The system consists of two parts; the resin and isocyanate. This system provides the low density and excellent physical properties.
The formulation also Improves the bending process by minimizing scrap and reducing production time.

Panel/Board
Insulated Metal Panels typically have a foam core "sandwiched" between two metal facings. With a custom engineered plural component polyurethane injection foam from MCNS you can be certain to achieve full fill of your panels and eliminate voids left behind by use of sheet stock insulation board.

Commercial Regrigeration & Freezer
Commercial Refrigeration and Freezers require higher R-values and lower perm ratings than traditional off-the-shelf foams typically provide. MCNS will custom design a polyurethane system to meet the strict requirements demanded for your freezers and coolers.

Entry door
The polyurethane foam used in insulated entry doors helps reduce energy costs and maintain indoor temperatures. Polyurethane foam from MCNS is a lightweight insulating option.
The versatility of these rigid polyurethane foams, along with its insulation properties, structural strength, and adhesion performance, make it a popular choice for applications where even fill is needed for a variety of different-shaped cavities or structures.
MCNS Supercore™ Polyurethane Systems are manufactured based on different blowing technologies depending upon the specific application and national and international laws and regulations.

Refrigeration
When used in refrigeration appliance applications, polyurethane insulation helps reduce energy loss by resisting the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, polyurethane increases structural strength and resists water and moisture.
The chemists at MCNS will work side by side with your engineering team to develop the perfect foam for an overpack, just fill, no waste system.

Marine
Lightweight with high buoyancy It’s thermal and sound-proofing abilities make it ideal for a number of other insulation and flotation applications. MCNS Produces custom formulations to meet individual customer requirements based on acceptable blowing agent technology. Complies with US Coast Guard requirements under Title 33 CFR.

Spray
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is produced through a rapid reaction between MDI and blended polyol.
SPF protects and seals the building from the infiltration of hot and cold air. It also provides energy efficiency as well as moisture and sound barrier.
MCNS produces both closed-cell and open-cell spray systems and offers custom formulations to meet individual customer requirements based on acceptable blowing agent technology.

Water Heaters
When used in water heater applications, polyurethane insulation helps reduce energy loss by resisting the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, polyurethane increases structural strength and resists water and moisture.
The foam is created by injecting a liquid formulation of polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and an MDI-reacting polyol blend into a shell or cavity, polyurethane insulation can be found in a variety of appliance applications, including refrigerators, freezers, water heaters, picnic coolers and more. MCNS Produces custom formulations to meet individual customer requirements based on acceptable blowing agent technology.

P.I.P.
Polyurethane foam has an extremely low thermal conductivity(high R-Value) limiting heat exchange with a minimal layer of insulation.
Polyurethane foams can be modified to operate in a wide range of temperatures.
Excellent mechanical properties are achieved even with low densities.
Polyurethane insulated parts can be produced in factories or foamed in situ.
Polyurethane foam is compatible with many materials and provides excellent adhesion and long-lasting dimensional stability.
Low water and air ingress is a long term guarantee for maintaining the excellent insulating properties throughout the life cycle of the pipeline.
Polyurethane insulated pipelines have the minimal total cost.

Automotive
Whatever you require; seat cushions, headrests, floormats, headliners, sound dampening, steering wheels, hood covers & door trim just to name a few items. The MCNS team of chemical engineers will custom design the perfect formulation for your automotive needs. Our formulas reduce knit lines, improve “wetting” capability, and reduce air bubbles. If you need a harder skin or a more flexible part we only make custom formulations, so we will always meet the exact specifications you require.

Cooler
When used in cooler applications, polyurethane insulation helps reduce energy loss by resisting the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, polyurethane increases structural strength and resists water and moisture. Whether your production line utilizes overpack, just fill or rise and cut applications MCNS will create a personalized formulation for your factory.

Slab
MCNS Produces Polypropylene Glycol only or mixed with ethylene oxide randomly that can be used extensively in the production of conventional flexible polyurethane slabstock foams.

AUTOMOTIVE
Polyurethane foams are widely used for automotive applications to improve safety, strength, acoustics, comfort and energy efficiency.

CASE
MCNS produces polyether diol and triol that can be used to make a wide range of polyurethane for coating, adhesive, sealant, and elastomer in prepolymers as well as in one shot formulation.
